About ZENEFIT
We sell equipment we would give to our own parents.
Since 2012 we have supplied more than 2 400 clinics, care homes and families with certified mobility and care equipment — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Every order is sized over the phone before it ships, delivered assembled, and backed by our own service centre. If something breaks, we fix it — usually within 48 hours.
From a two-person workshop to a full-service supplier
ZENEFIT started as a repair workshop for wheelchairs. Fixing other companies’ mistakes taught us what good equipment looks like — and how badly the market needed a seller that stays reachable after the invoice is paid.
Today we run our own showroom, warehouse and service centre. Every product in the catalog is stocked physically, inspected on arrival and covered by documentation you can actually request and receive.
What we refuse to do
We don’t sell grey imports without certification. We don’t list products we can’t service. And we don’t push the most expensive option when a simpler one does the job — a policy that costs us margin and earns us referrals.
What happens after you order
- A specialist calls to confirm sizing, availability and delivery address.
- We deliver and assemble the equipment at your home or clinic.
- You keep a direct line to our service centre for warranty, spares and repairs.

“They did not just sell us a wheelchair — they measured my mother, explained the brakes to us and left their mobile number. Six months later they answered on the second ring when a castor broke.”
